Alicia Guinn creates welcoming, supportive dance spaces.

She helps dancers of all levels develop rhythm, confidence, creativity, musicality, and joy in dancing—while maintaining connection to tradition and community.

Alicia works with events, festivals, and communities to understand their goals for developing and sustaining dance in their communities.

She promotes the mental and physical benefits of dance and believes that dance should be accessible to people of all ages, genders, backgrounds, body types, skill levels, and socio-economic levels.

“There were many special moments during Francis O'Neill Irish Arts Week, but this was undeniably the most beautiful and touching.”

“The teen ensemble played the Honeybee Waltz by Charlie Lennon, and the younger campers danced with their families. We saw our vision for camp and our school, where generations play and enjoy Irish music together, embodied. Special thanks to Alicia Guinn and Aileen Dillane for making this moment a reality.”
